Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to common questions about Mom Relaunch programs, membership, events, and how to get started on your career relaunch journey.
What is Mom Relaunch?
Mom Relaunch is a career re-entry program that helps mothers return to the workforce with confidence. We offer structured programs, AI skills training, real project experience, employer connections, and a supportive community of women who understand exactly what you are going through.
What programs does Mom Relaunch offer?
We offer three core programs: Launchpad (portfolio-building through real client projects), AI Readiness (hands-on training in the AI tools employers need), and Career Discovery (AI-powered coaching to clarify your direction and build an action plan). Each program is designed to fit the realities of a mom's schedule.
How long have you been out of work to join?
There is no minimum or maximum gap requirement. Whether you have been out of the workforce for two years or fifteen, Mom Relaunch is built for you. What matters is your readiness to re-enter, not the length of your career break.
How does Career Discovery work?
Career Discovery starts with a conversation with our AI coach, which asks targeted questions about your background, interests, and goals. It then provides personalized guidance on industries, roles, and programs that fit your unique situation — and gives you a concrete action plan to move forward.
Is Mom Relaunch only for tech careers?
No. While we include AI and technology training in every program because employers now expect it, Mom Relaunch serves women returning to careers across many industries — marketing, project management, finance, HR, operations, healthcare, education, and more.
How do employers engage with Mom Relaunch?
Employers can browse our talent pool, partner with us to sponsor program cohorts, or work with our graduates through project engagements before making a full hire. Contact us at info@momrelaunch.org to start a conversation.
How can I support Mom Relaunch?
You can donate to fund program scholarships, volunteer as a mentor or speaker, refer a mom who should be in our program, or reach out about sponsorship and partnership opportunities.
