By the Moms, For the Moms
Mom Relaunch Foundation was started by Reena Gupta, a technopreneur, author and work-life harmony coach, with a clear and unwavering mission -- to prioritize financial independence for all women.
Hiring a stay-at-home mom as her first employee left a big impression on Reena, and she knew that someday she would do more to help women and the underutilized talent pool. Reena founded Mom Relaunch Foundation to nurture and mentor women reentering the workforce.
Reena is an entrepreneur, author and philanthropist. She achieved entrepreneurial success by establishing two companies, Avankia and TargetRecruit. Growing up in a big joint family in India, she learned the power of collective growth. She authored the book "Career Interrupted," a valuable resource offering guidance on balancing career, wellness, and relationships.
Mom Relaunch welcomes all women, regardless of educational level or prior work experience. We recognise the obstacles moms face -- a lack of good guidance and clarity, loss of confidence, lack of support, and unconscious bias. We provide a nurturing environment to build confidence across all touchpoints: job readiness skills, certifications, hands-on experience, wellness, and mentorship.
