Privacy Policy
Last updated: March 2026
Mom Relaunch Foundation ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal information. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect data when you register for our events and programs.
1. Information We Collect
When you register for an event or program, we may collect:
- Contact Information: Your name and email address (required for registration)
- Professional Information: Job title, industry, employment status, and career goals (collected via registration survey questions)
- Location: City, state, and country
- Event Preferences: How you heard about the event, your experience level with topics being covered
We do not collect sensitive information such as Social Security numbers, financial account details, or government-issued identification numbers.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used exclusively for:
- Confirming your event registration and sending event-related communications
- Sending reminders about upcoming sessions you've registered for
- Understanding audience demographics to tailor event content to participants' needs
- Improving our programs and services
- Generating anonymous, aggregate statistics about our events (e.g., "70% of attendees are in career transition")
We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely with the following protections:
- Encrypted Database: All registration data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) infrastructure, protected with AES-256 server-side encryption
- Secure Connections: All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS
- Access Control: Only authorized program administrators can access attendee data. Our platform uses role-based access controls to ensure only the right people have access
- Data Center Location: Data is hosted in Google Cloud Platform data centers in the United States, which maintain enterprise-grade physical and digital security
4. AI and Data Training
Your data is NOT used to train AI models.
Your personal registration data (names, emails, survey responses) is stored in a standard encrypted database. It is not fed into any large language model (LLM) or AI training pipeline. Your data is not publicly accessible.
When we use AI-powered features (such as audience analysis to better understand event attendees), your data is processed through OpenAI's API for that specific request only. Per OpenAI's business API terms, data submitted through the API is not used to train their models.
5. Data Sharing
We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:
- Event Co-hosts and Partners: If an event is co-hosted with a partner organization (e.g., a workforce development agency), we may share your name and email with them for event coordination purposes. This will be disclosed at the time of registration.
- Service Providers: We use trusted service providers for email delivery (Resend) and payment processing (Stripe). These providers only receive the minimum data necessary to perform their function and are bound by their own privacy policies.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and safety.
We do not share your data with advertisers, data brokers, or any other third parties for commercial purposes.
6. Your Rights
You have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access: You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correction: You can request corrections to inaccurate or incomplete data

8. Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
