• Encrypted Database: All registration data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) infrastructure, protected with AES-256 server-side encryption
• Secure Connections: All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS
• Access Control: Only authorized program administrators can access attendee data. Our platform uses role-based access controls to ensure only the right people have access
• Data Center Location: Data is hosted in Google Cloud Platform data centers in the United States, which maintain enterprise-grade physical and digital security

When we use AI-powered features (such as audience analysis to better understand event attendees), your data is processed through OpenAI's API for that specific request only. Per OpenAI's business API terms, data submitted through the API is not used to train their models.

We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

• Event Co-hosts and Partners: If an event is co-hosted with a partner organization (e.g., a workforce development agency), we may share your name and email with them for event coordination purposes. This will be disclosed at the time of registration.
• Service Providers: We use trusted service providers for email delivery (Resend) and payment processing (Stripe). These providers only receive the minimum data necessary to perform their function and are bound by their own privacy policies.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and safety.

We do not share your data with advertisers, data brokers, or any other third parties for commercial purposes.

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access: You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction: You can request corrections to inaccurate or incomplete data
