The Journey
Submit your application. We review your background and goals, and schedule a short introductory call.
Review and sign your Launchpad membership agreement, which covers the quarterly fee and income-share terms.
We match you to a project team and client that fits your strengths and goals. You are set up for success from day one.
Collaborate with your team, meet with the client, and deliver results. Then present your work at our project showcase.
In addition to the quarterly membership fee, Launchpad members agree to an income-share contribution of 10% of their first-year salary once they secure employment after the program. This is how we keep the program accessible while sustaining the work we do. The full terms are spelled out in the membership agreement, which you will review and sign as part of joining.
